Rules, responsibilities, and service limitations
Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 April 2026. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Game Release Radar, including the public website, account features, saved-radar functionality, and related product emails. Game Release Radar is operated by Katch Consulting AB, Doktor Forselius Gata 16, Gothenburg, Sweden, for a Swedish and EU/EEA launch context. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Using Game Release Radar
Game Release Radar is a game-release discovery and notification service. You may use the service only in a lawful manner and only for legitimate personal, informational, or business-related purposes connected to the product.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the parts of the service that depend on acceptance of them.
Accounts and account security
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and maintaining control of access to your account.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account to the extent caused by your actions, your failure to safeguard credentials, or other circumstances reasonably within your control. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact Game Release Radar promptly.
Acceptable use restrictions
You may not use Game Release Radar to abuse, overload, scrape in a harmful or excessive way, interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, or otherwise damage the service, its infrastructure, its operators, or its users.
You may not attempt to bypass security features, authentication controls, rate limits, bot protections, anti-abuse systems, or other technical safeguards implemented by Game Release Radar.
You may not use the service to send spam, test stolen credentials, automate abusive account creation, exploit the service commercially without permission, or engage in unlawful or fraudulent conduct.
Service data and third-party content
Game Release Radar may display game-related information derived from third-party sources, internal processing, or both. Release dates, review information, platform coverage, and related metadata may change over time and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Game Release Radar does not guarantee that all content or data available through the service will always be complete, current, available, or error-free.
Emails and notifications
If you create an account, use saved-radar features, or explicitly enable alerts for a followed game, Game Release Radar may send account, verification, service, radar-related, and per-game release-date emails that are reasonably necessary to operate those features.
You are responsible for using an email address that you are authorized to access and for ensuring that your use of notification features complies with applicable law and normal responsible use expectations.
Intellectual property and site materials
The Game Release Radar service, including its branding, design, software, text, layout, and product-specific materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws except where third-party rights apply.
These Terms of Use do not grant ownership of the service or a right to reproduce, republish, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit the service or its protected materials beyond normal permitted use without prior permission.
Suspension, restriction, and termination
Game Release Radar may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate access to the service or to specific account features where reasonably necessary to address abuse, suspected fraud, security issues, legal risk, non-payment if ever relevant, operational problems, or violations of these Terms of Use.
Users may stop using the service at any time. Where account deletion is available in-product, users may use that flow subject to any lawful or operational retention obligations described elsewhere in the service documentation or policies.
Availability and service changes
Game Release Radar is offered on an as-available and as-updated basis. Features may be added, removed, changed, interrupted, or discontinued without permanent availability guarantees.
Game Release Radar may perform maintenance, deploy fixes, change providers, adjust product scope, or modify feature behavior as the service evolves.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Game Release Radar is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Game Release Radar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or business-interruption damages arising from or related to use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law, disputes, and contact
These Terms of Use are intended for a Sweden-based EU launch context and should be interpreted in a manner consistent with Swedish law and mandatory consumer, digital-service, and privacy protections that apply under Swedish or EU law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the appropriate venue and applicable consumer-rights process may depend on the user’s location and mandatory EU/EEA consumer protections. Questions about these Terms of Use may be sent to contact@gamereleaseradar.com.
Changes to these terms
Game Release Radar may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the product, the business, or applicable law. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
Users should review the published Terms of Use periodically for material updates.
